In August of 2024, the final signs were installed, and the city opened its streets to ATVs and UTVs. The city council placed a provision in the ordinance to terminate the ordinance after one year, unless the city council acted and approved another ordinance. This ordinance would allow the continuation of ATV/UTV use on city streets in the same manner as the previous year.

According to the memo, the council determined that there had been no reports of significant violations of the ordinance and there being no safety concerns regarding ATV/UTV operation on city streets having been communicated to the common council.

The minimum driving age is 18. Three-wheel ATVs are not allowed. Also, all operators are required to have valid insurance and a valid driverÃÛèÖÊÓƵ license after a recommendation.
