WisconsinÃÛèÖÊÓƵ second inning started with two outs before Yhoswar Garcia reached on a fielding error by shortstop Echedry Vargas. Kay-Lan Nicasia doubled to right to score Garcia for the gameÃÛèÖÊÓƵ lone run.
Beloit picked up two of its three hits to open the third inning as Micah McDowell and Wilfredo Lara both singled. Jacob Jenkins-Cowart flew out to center fielder Eduardo Garcia, who threw out McDowell trying to tag up and take third. Jesus Hernandez then flew out to Garcia to end the inning.
The Sky Carp also had the lead runner on in the fourth when Colby Shade walked off reliever Flores and immediately stole second base. Vargas walked to load the bases, but Flores struck out McDowell to end the inning.
